Now now what is exfoliating friday exfoliating friday is where i create a new neck scrub you can use over the weekend or whenever you so choose so in todays video. I have a very special treat for you it is none other than a body scrub.
Which is made mostly to focus on the butt. Were going to be getting rid of all the dead skin cells and buildup. Which is on the butt.
A lot of people do not know that the. But do have dead skin cells. Especially right under the bust.
Where you tend to sit. And that is the area that tend to get very dark. So today.
Were going to just exfoliate.
Were going to get rid of all that roughness and what is going to happen is that were going to leave nice smooth clean clear touch cheeks so if youre interested in this video then continue watching the first ingredient is coconut oil and im using pure unrefined cold. Pressed coconut oil. However use whatever you have so the next ingredient is coffee and here.
I have coffee beans and i would be blending. These later on im also going to be using dry orange peel. And often people ask how to use dry orange peel.
Peel your orange. And the fuse to dry or put. It in a brown paper bag the final ingredient is sea salt.
Im using sea salt. Today. However.
If you have regular salt go ahead and use what you have now the first thing.

In a nice plastic bag or something this will last in your refrigerator for us to a month or maybe more ready to use it all you need to do is to add the coconut oil which im going to do now after this mixture.
Im going to be using one tablespoon of coconut oil and now im going to mix well. And you want to be patient with this you dont want to rush. It going to have here as if you need more oil.
But you really dont so you take your time and you were to oil and the dry mixture there you go perfect shot. We use the scrub you want to wet the area and then youre going to apply your scrub in a circular motion. And you want to do this for at least two to three minutes next you want to rinse off with some warm water.
Now. This scrub is safe to use two to three times per week. Also you could store the remainder in the refrigerator and have it go ahead and whip.
