“Ty look check out what i just picked up at jc penney s. This is is cooks brand by jcpenney not to be confused with cooks. Essentials which i think exclusively to qvc this is at. 53 this is the biggest one i could find 53.
Quart air convection fryer. So the reason why i bought this was because i have seriously gotten gotten after having my ninja food ii have gotten into air frying. However the ninja food ii. Its number one it s small and number two after six months of using it it s it s like falling apart.
Like the steam function doesn t work on it anymore. And it s just i mean. It s the typical euro pro piece of crap to me. But i was in jcpenney what a depressing experience.
That s gonna be a separate video. I don t know how much longer they re gonna be going they re gonna go on the now. This is very similar to the one that makes the bella version. However this did get higher reviews in the bella.
But i think it s just because bella is kind of known for being you know cheap by the register crap that you see like the last minute or whatever alright. So i want to get this chit unboxed washed up and ready to go because i already have its first job ready to go for it so this is the manual big whoop..
I think there s recipes and something here. But who did two deals of that you know i m saying you got youtube. The university of youtube. That s the only cooking school you need all right this is a big big ass guy.
They did have one on display. So i was able to like to play with it and fondle. It and then when i was just doing that i turn around the night. Oh look there s an air fryer this is the unit so unless it was on the display model you know i don t know exactly what the accessories and stuff went with.
It but this look like i said in. The beginning it s a. 53 capacity 53. Quart capacity.
Most of the smaller ones are only like between two and three. So i just wanted a bigger one because you know duh so this is the panda. It s got a nice nonstick surface. I did see some reviews you know there weren t a lot of reviews.
Because for this model. But for the the bella version of it remember when i arrogantly threw the directions away yeah wow..
See i knew this damn thing wasn t gonna beat me there s this little thumb button here but when you have this little piece to remove it s in the way there. It s this little little release button here. So this is the basket that comes out it says. It s dishwasher safe and i mean.
It s got some good girth to it i m hoping it ll be easier to clean them the ninja foodie one the ninja foodie. One was was not this is the inner pot. And it just slides right into the unit like this without the unit being plugged up and everything. It s got a kind of a disappearing display.
So there s like nothing here on top until the electricity comes on because it s touchscreen all right. I m gonna try to do this without there being any glare. But you see there s nothing here what you take the sticker off. But when you plug it in the little this little red thing comes and that s the power.
So this is what comes on well then let me turn these. He s overhead lights off all right so you turn them on like this right here is the menu thing and you got to figure out. Now. I did have to look in the manual to figure out what these little.
Cheeky. Pictures are here s something that s annoying as soon as you hit the thing..
There you only have a couple seconds and then it comes on automatically. And there s no way to stop it except for it to pull out the drawer or to hit the power button. And even then there s like a delayed reaction that could get old so your choices are you got fries you got chops. You ve got that looks like a shrimp.
You ve got chicken you got the cheese melt you got steak you got a whole bunch of stuff on there a whole bunch of stuff you got a preheat you got a quick on 5 minute thing. Cheese melt like you said is it that serious people you could do the temperature up or down it goes up to 400 degrees or 425. I think i saw it said 425 is like the highest that it goes and it ll go up to 60 minutes. So you know i m gonna get this all washed up and it s not gonna be in this video.
But i am going to be doing honey garlic wings yeah that s the first thing that s gonna do and i brilliantly it came to me as i was like leaving them all. And it is i will say it does make noise. It is kind of loud. I mean.
It s louder than the foodie is i mean i don t know if it s it sounds about its loudest like a microwave. Maybe a little bit louder that delayed reaction thing kind of gets on my nerves. But when i was leaving the mall. I thought chick fil a one of my favorite things to do in the ninja foodie.
All right shut up thank you one of my favorite. Things to do in the nature foodie is to rejuvenate leftovers..
Especially the fried ones. So you know that ll be cool. So anyway look for my second video. Where i tested it out in wings.
But first impressions. I m really happy with it it s it s big and it s kind of my friend told me it s ugly. But whatever i m just hoping that this top part here doesn t get scratched up you know that kind of makes me nervous and i m hoping that this doesn t fail. But i m you know i m hoping this will be just as reliable or you know it s knobs and something now they do have one that s the smaller one that s from cooks that and i don t know who makes that one.
But it does have it s a little bit more basic it s you know it has the two dials on it i think. It s only a three between a two and three chords. But like i said i got this one because i wanted the bigger ones so and it s pretty hot just sitting here playing with it just futzing with it you know preheating and stuff. Like that it s gotten pretty hot in there.
