We re check out a quick preview of our boxes. Entire lineup of iphone for the all new iphone 10. So of course. Alfred ooh.
Let s slice this open slap. It on the iphone and give us a quick look so with the new iphone comes with new otterbox cases. And today. I m going to take a quick preview at all these cases for the new iphone 10.
And of course. I will bring you guys a full in depth review video of each of these cases. So stay tuned for that now the iphone 10 was released on november. The 3rd unfortunately for me my iphone 10 won t come in until november.
The 17th since i was a few minutes late on ordering off the apple online store. But i do have a mock up of the iphone 10 here. Which is pretty accurate with both front and back glass. The only thing.
That is inaccurate on here is the white front. Which apple doesn t actually have so the first case that we re going to check out is my favorite one out of this entire lineup and that is the otterbox symmetry line. Now otterbox did upgrade their packaging from the plastic to this cardboard based one which i find much more easier to open and the simpler case is available in a multitude of different colors as well as a clearer model..

This one here is their matte black and so retains that symmetry hybrid style design with an inner tpu layer as well as an outer polycarbonate. Shell. The reason. Why the symmetry case is my favorite one from otterbox is that it offers military grade draw protection all this and a fairly slim form factor.
It s a very simplistic looking case that doesn t take away the look of your iphone and also a very easy case to pop in and out of and that is the otterbox symmetry case for the all new iphone. 10. Now we re not quite done with the otterbox signature case. I do want to share with you guys the clear addition in the symmetry line.
Now the clear model here is pretty much identical to the original symmetry case. Except we have a clear back here to show off the color and look of your iphone 10. So here s what the clear model looks like with the iphone 10 one thing i like about this case is that i was expecting watermarking since the back of the iphones are a glass now. But it doesn t show up on here now granted.
I do have a replica of the iphone 10 this replica here does have actual front and glass back so if it doesn t watermark on this one it definitely won t watermark on the real thing. And that is a quick look at the otterbox symmetry clear case for the iphone. 10. Another familiar case from otterbox is the commuter case now the commuter case is very similar to the simmetry case.
Except the commuter here is a little bit more protective thanks to be fewer materials in other words. It s a little bit thicker unlike. The symmetry case. It is a two piece design.
Which does give you a little bit better protection. Because it is a thicker case. So here is a look at the commuter case for the iphone 10 very similar to these symmetry case..

But again is a little bit more protective because it is slightly thicker a couple more advantages with the commuter case over the symmetry is that you do have a flap here for the lightning port do you protect it from dust and debris from getting in and another cool feature is that there is a cuddle here for the apple logo to give it more of an i o finish. Look anyways that is the our box commuter case for the all new iphone. 10. The next case that we have here is the otterbox pursuit series.
Case. And this is a new series that our box introduced last year for the iphone 7 now the pursuit series case is one of our boxes. Most protective cases even compared to their famous defender case. And what makes the pursuit series case.
Even more protective is that it also protects your phone not just from drops. But also dust and debris now although this sounds kind of silly if you never ever taken a case off your phone after like a month or something. And when you do you kind of notice lint and dust and debris that actually builds up inside the case and believe it or not because that stuff is in between your case in your phone. When you go to take it off that can actually potentially scratch or nick.
The finish of your phone and that s why i always recommend to take your case off your iphone maybe like once every two weeks to prevent that from accumulating so the persuit series case is made of two pieces your iphone drops into the front piece here and then you grab a backplate and attach it back on so here s what the persuit series case looks like on the ifos not really that much thicker than the symmetry or commuter case. So. It s a very slim form factor case. So.
It s basically like a slimmed down version of the lifeproof case. Where you don t have the waterproof features. But you do have the dusts and draw protection that this case does offer our reports on this case are pretty much covered up. Yet are still accessible such as the lightning port here and even the vibrate and rings.
Which has a cover for it as well. But anyways that is the otterbox pursuit series case for the all new iphone. 10..

The second last case here is one of my favorite folio. Saw cases for the iphone. And that is the otterbox estrada case. Now normally.
I do get this case in black just because i do like black leather. But that wasn t available at the time. So i do have this oppo kind of light tan color here. Which is probably more ideal for my female viewers out there has his gold artbox emblem here that also acts as a magnet to keep the flap closed now if you guys watch my apple iphone folio case video i did recommend the estrada case as a better alternative to apple s own folio case.
Basically in short. I think the strada case was better designed it s cheaper. It s much more protective for example you actually have protection on the bottom here. Where the apple one doesn t and usability wise.
I think it s just a better crafted case for example you have a cuddle here for the earpiece. So you can answer call us. Without having to flip the flap over like you would on the apple case. The otterbox one here does have a magnet to actually keep the flap closed and you still have a slot here for your cash or plastic cards.
The only thing missing on this one here as well as the apple. One is that you don t have the ability to put this up as a stand which the plus models did have for last year. But unfortunately we don t see that carried over for the iphone 10. But nonetheless.
It s a very well designed folio case from otterbox that i do recommend if you re looking for this style of case and the last case that we have here is a very famous case from waterboxx and that is their rugged defender case. So if you re looking for the ultimate draw protection. The defender case is definitely the way to go just like the past defender cases are reviewed..

We still get an included bail clip. Which i believe yes it does still also act as a stand if you don t want to use it as a belt clip. Now one of the cool newish kind of features of the defender case is that they offer this case. Without a screen protector so for those of you who ever use the defendant case.
You re not a fan on the built in screen protector. You can support your own tempered glass. Screen. Protector or whatever else you may have with the defender case on now.
The defender case is still a two piece design you have an outer thick tpu layer and an inner polycarbonate show that you still have to kind of take apart now the back here does have a nice foam liner to protect the back of your iphone 10 as well as a kettle and built in scoop protector for the apple logo alright so here s what the defender case looks like on the iphones head and one thing i do to say is because there s no more touch id button here autoboxing pretty much leave the entire front here all open which makes it a little bit more seamless. Looking so aside from the screen list design of the defender case. Everything else is pretty familiar you have covers for your volume rockers power button flaps to cover your vibrate and ringer switch as well as the lightning ports on the bottom here as always your classic cutout. What they built in the screen protector for the apple logo it basically almost doubles the thickness of your iphone 10 but nonetheless if you ever drop your phone.
This is the case to have it in i definitely like this idea of otterbox introducing a screen list version of the defender case. Particularly because you can now support tempered glass screen protectors on the iphone 10 here giving you the ultimate 360 degree protection enemies that is a quick look at our boxes entire lineup of iphone cases for the all new iphone 10 now as i mentioned earlier in this video.
